I made myself and the girls a simple dinner of parmesan and ground almond breaded chicken, salad, squash fries and asparagus (for me). Chris went to the buffet at the Mayfield for the annual Sterling awards. He was nominated for ‘best score’ for the musical ‘Wedlocked’, which he wrote last year with Bridget Ryan. I have had enough outings for a little while and was happy to stay at home. Anyway … congrats Chris, you deserve this nomination for all of your hard work.
Forgot to take a picture of my dinner but managed to get one of dessert, the menu and the AMAZING Alice And Wonderland cake.
Salmon again …it’s easy and I did n’t really feel like cooking today. The adult version and the kid version.
Imogen is turning 6 tomorrow. I made these cupakes for her to take to her kindergarten class this morning. I would have bought them but couldn’t find anything that doesn’t have ‘possible’ tree nut exposure. I am sure mine were better anyway.
